This course is ideal for business and property owners, contract staff, construction attorneys, field management as well as sales professionals.
Session facilitator Tom Gotschall calls himself a “STUDENT of construction”. Whether speaking before business professionals, hearing arbitration testimony, or consulting for a client, Tom is always taking notes. Tom holds certifications in the International Residential Code. He collaborates with the International Code Council and the Georgia Department of Community Affairs. A seasoned arbitrator, Tom has heard & settled nearly 200 construction disputes throughout the United States. He possesses deep knowledge of both construction and arbitration procedures.
