Facilitator Tom Gotschall is a partner in Construction Arbitration Associates in Alpharetta. Tom is a seasoned arbitrator and a dynamic instructor and speaker on a host of construction topics. He has certifications in the Residential Code and the Building Code, he was part of the team that recently updated the NAHB Construction Contracts and Law course, and he is certified to teach numerous NAHB classes. Tom graduated from Georgia Tech in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction and has a background in general contracting and construction & real estate dispute resolution. 

This session qualifies under the rules of the Georgia State Licensing Board for Residential and General Contractors for three (3) continuing education credit hours and is sponsored by StrucSure Home Warranty.
