Bobby Mink is the Owner and Head Coach at Choice Consulting and Management, LLC, based in Atlanta, Georgia, with over 40 years of experience in business and construction management. Bobby has held leadership roles ranging from Finish/Warranty Manager to Master Builder, Project Manager, General Manager, Vice President of Operations and Development, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and Chief Operations Officer. He has extensive experience managing all levels of the building industry, including sales and marketing. Bobby has successfully led several startup homebuilding ventures, applying strategic planning and systems to achieve growth and turn around struggling companies. His land development expertise has helped implement effective startup processes for new developments. Bobby is an instructor for the NAHB, RLI, SEBC, and IBS, and is the author of "Choices" and "Clarity". He is a certified John Maxwell International Speaker and Coach and holds multiple NAHB designations, including GMB, CGB, CMP, CSP, CAPS, and MIRM. 

This session qualifies under the rules of the Georgia State Licensing Board for Residential and General Contractors for three (3) continuing education credit hours.
