Attendees will learn how the aging workforce presents unique challenges from a Worker’s safety point of view. We will discuss ways to address the issue. Professional Employer Organizations(PEO’s) can solve problems for the trade contractor and create problems for the general contractor. We’ll talk about how to minimize this hazard. Ensuring a positive relationship with your subcontractors can prevent unwanted cost increases to your insurance, citations and fines from OSHA and help you maintain a positive image for your business.
